When stuck in a plateau, what will you do for improvement?

Although this is normal, when we find ourselves in this situation, we do not understand why it is happening, what is happening, or what the problem is. Due to this lack of understanding, we become depressed, tense, and anxious, and we lose confidence because we do not understand the problem.

Some become impatient, give up exercise, diet, and all healthy habits, and start eating unhealthy foods, resulting in weight gain. The body becomes heavy, does not feel free, energy levels decrease, and frequent hunger pangs are experienced. This leads to further weight gain, which only hurts you more. We need to understand why we are having problems and why we are not losing weight. We do these wrong things due to a lack of understanding.

Why does this problem occur?

 

We encounter this problem when our lifestyle routine becomes disorganized.

You need to investigate and find out where the problem lies:

– Is your sleep quality adequate?
– Has there been any change in your diet?
– Are you eating on time and monitoring what you eat and don’t eat?
– Are you drinking enough water?
– Are you stressed about something?
– Are you doing the same exercises continuously?

When we perform the same exercises continuously, our body adapts to them, making them less effective. As a result, our weight loss stagnates. Therefore, it’s necessary to change your exercise routine every month.

If you can find the answers to these questions, you will understand why you are not losing weight. Once you understand where the problem lies, you will be able to solve it yourself.

    So what should we not do in this situation?

 

You should not be depressed at all because this is a very normal thing.

– Many times, it is seen that when we get depressed in this situation, we stop dieting, exercising, and eat unhealthy food, which causes much harm to ourselves. This should never be done.
– Don’t go back to an unhealthy lifestyle just because you’re not losing weight. Even if you’re not losing weight, you’re feeling good and energetic. Enjoy these things without getting frustrated.

If you continue your journey with patience, then one day you will definitely get good results.
