Seven-Day Plan to Look Great for Your Next Party

Do these exercises in a short amount of time. You will see a change within seven days and definitely get a good result.

2. Sprawls
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Elbow Plank
5. Side Plank
6. Flutter Kicks
7. High Knees
8. Russian Twists
9. Leg Tuck-ins
10. Alternate V-ups
You need to do each exercise for 30-40 seconds once. These exercises will take you less time and you can do them at home.
