Let me share my own experience. When I was overweight, I found the idea of a 7-day weight loss formula very tempting. No more long-term dieting, just rapid results! The idea of losing 5-10 kg in a week sounded too good to pass up. I was so excited that I decided to try a seven-day crash diet.
I went back to my normal eating menu. And my happiness didn’t last long.I started having very frequent episodes along with weakness, hair loss, hormonal imbalance problems.
Then I realized that short-cut results never bring long-term happiness or good.
The seven-day crash diet journey was challenging. I had to cut out many A foods from my food menu, eat a small amount, and take a certain amount of calories that my body was not able to meet. The seven-day crash diet journey was not very pleasant for me. Because I had to eat so little, I was very hungry, had trouble sleeping, felt very weak, and had very low energy, feeling dizzy. I wondered when the seven days would pass. I thought that if I lose weight in these seven days, after seven days I will be able to eat the same foods that I used to eat, and I will not gain weight. I lost about 8 kg in 7 days, and I’m over the moon.
A crash diet will give you great benefits in a very short period of time. But it will not be long-lasting, rather it will have harmful effects on your body. So I urge you to say No to crash diets.
Because it is not the right way to lose weight. If you want to lose weight in a proper and healthy way, you can consult a nutritionist or a fitness expert, or follow a balanced diet. May your health always stay healthy and beautiful.
When you crash diet, various foods are left out of the nutritionally necessary calorie menu. Calorie charts are created for each person based on their height, weight, and activity level. It can have many other harmful effects
We have to remember that there are many types of food in nature, with different tastes, different colors. And our human body has been created by God. All types of fruits should be consumed.
Why?
Because each fruit is special for its color. One color carries each specialty. Just as varied and colorful vegetables need to be added to the diet. Because there is no substitute for fruits and vegetables to boost our immunity level. Enjoy every meal as much as you can. You don’t have to worry about losing weight if you eat daily according to your body’s caloric needs. If you have physical activity and calorie control then you can lose a lot of weight in a certain time. A healthy diet plan should be followed to keep the internal organs healthy. Within that plan, you must arrange your meal plan with carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals. We have to remember that every organ in our body is related to food. A kind of food for your brain, a kind of food for your eyes, a kind of food for your liver function. So do not lose weight by excluding any food, eat all the food in the right amount.
