There are many types of green juice recipes, and I’m sharing with you the one I drink.
Here’s what you’ll need:
– Spinach leaves
– A cucumber
– Lettuce leaves
– Mint leaves
– 4-5 Indian gooseberries (Amla)
– Carrots
– An inch of raw turmeric
– An inch of ginger
– Lemon juice
You can add a pinch of pink salt for taste.
Now, blend everything together well. Once checked, your green juice is ready.
When to drink:
You can have it whenever you like, but preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. I prefer having it in the morning or evening.
