Start Your Day Well, End Your Day Beautifully

When we wake up every morning and follow our regular morning routine, how do we feel if one day it suddenly gets disrupted or if we can’t follow it for two or three days for some reason?

When we wake up late, we start our tasks late as well. To finish these tasks on time, we begin to rush, which creates a sense of restlessness inside us. Our mood becomes irritable, we get annoyed, and our anger increases because we can’t complete our tasks on time. Additionally, we can’t work actively and attentively; we feel lazy and our mood deteriorates.

The reason for all this is that we didn’t start our day properly.

Therefore, our whole day becomes disorganized, and we spend it in a bad mood and with a sense of guilt. If we can’t start the day well, the chances of ending the day well are very low.

To keep our mind, body, and mood active and good, to finish our tasks attentively and on time, and to go to bed with a peaceful mind, it is crucial to start our day well.

How do we start?

Following a morning routine means starting our day well and taking control of the whole day.

Waking up early and regularly:

Prayer: Feeling that our creator is with us fills us with strength, making life’s challenges easier because we feel that our creator is with us.

Exercise: It keeps us active, improves our energy levels, enhances our mood, sharpens our focus, and helps us sleep well at night.

Mindfulness practice:  It keeps our mind calm, helps increase our attention, allows us to finish our tasks well, reduces tension and anxiety, and keeps us positive and in a good mood.

Healthy diet: A healthy diet keeps us energetic from within, healthy, beautiful, removes laziness, and helps keep us active throughout the day.

If we maintain these practices, our body, mind, mood, and mental health will remain active and good.

And if we start our day well, the end of the day will be beautiful too.

Please, please keep smiling more and more, stay well yourself, and keep others well.
