Walking, exercising, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, some people choose to remain unhealthy, thinking that if they become sick or if the doctor advises them to do something, they will act; otherwise, there’s no need. They ignore taking care of their own and their health until it’s too late.

They won’t be able to waste time on social media at night, and after staying up late many nights, they won’t be able to sleep as much as they want during the day.
