Every day when I go for a walk in the park, I notice many people coming there to walk, exercise, and most of them, about 90%, come due to their health conditions, as doctors suggest exercising for this purpose. Most of these people are aged between 60-70 years old. I observed that there are very few people below 50 years old, only a few.
The side we pay the most attention to is the side where we are most indifferent. The irony is, while our health is the key to our well-being and happiness, we neglect it the most. It’s very unfortunate but true.
When we are healthy, why don’t we strive to be even healthier? Why don’t we work towards not getting sick at all? Why do we only try to get better when we fall ill?
Walking, exercising, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, some people choose to remain unhealthy, thinking that if they become sick or if the doctor advises them to do something, they will act; otherwise, there’s no need. They ignore taking care of their own and their health until it’s too late.
They think, when they are healthy, they can afford to spend time idly, eat unhealthy food every day. If you ask them why they eat this unhealthy food, why they sleep in late, their answer will be, “I’ll do it later, it’s not urgent now.” So funny!
What you call enjoyment now will result in various health problems later, such as gastric issues, diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver, heart problems, hair loss, wrinkles, weight gain, etc., ruining your beautiful life.
They don’t understand that this time is the best time for us to fix our lifestyle, then we will be fit and beautiful throughout our lives. Serious illnesses won’t haunt us. If we don’t take care of ourselves from now on, when we are 50-60 years old, we might have to walk with difficulty, take a lot of medicines, and suffer a lot of pain.
If you don’t walk from now on, don’t exercise, meaning you are less physically active, then if you invite these diseases now, you won’t be able to maintain them over the years because your physical activity is low. So you might have trouble walking, exercising, and you may also have pain in your hands, feet, and bones.
And eating junk food can weaken your immune system.
Whatever you do now will bear fruit in the future. If you follow a healthy lifestyle, life will be beautiful. And if you follow an unhealthy lifestyle, you may fall ill, which can have a very negative impact on your life and body, very simply.
Take care of yourself, keep yourself well to keep your life beautiful.
Many fear adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Why?
Because they think if they follow a healthy lifestyle, they won’t be able to waste their time as they wish. They won’t be able to eat junk food whenever they want.
They won’t be able to waste time on social media at night, and after staying up late many nights, they won’t be able to sleep as much as they want during the day.
This negligent lifestyle may end up in an unhealthy life that will give us nothing but depression, anxiety, and illness.
On the other hand, a healthy lifestyle can give us a healthy life, filled with happiness, peace, and success.
