We all know how important exercise is, yet many of us either never exercise or do it irregularly. The biggest excuse for not exercising is often “I don’t have time.” But if someone tells you that your life depends on exercise and if you don’t start exercising correctly, you’ll die within a month, then surely you’ll find time, won’t you? Therefore, time is not an issue. If you exercise 3 to 5 days a week, you can reap the benefits.
1. Exercise will help you stay physically and mentally healthy. God willing.
2. Exercise will help you lose weight, which will further improve your health and make you look better.
3. As a result of exercising, you will feel particularly good mentally, which is very important for us to stay mentally well and save more.

5. Trouble sleeping? Exercise for 30 minutes before going to bed and see what it does for you.
