We all perhaps know how important sleep is for us, both mentally and physically. There’s no alternative to it. However, when it comes to this sleep, it’s missing from our lives, not completely absent, but absent when needed. Exactly when it’s time to sleep, we can’t sleep. We sleep when it’s not the time to sleep, and this sleep doesn’t bring any benefit. Rather, it can harm us more. It can cause headaches, mental and physical weakness, make us feel tired all day even after sleeping, we might feel like sleep isn’t ending, unable to concentrate on work, feel distressed, and mood swings, among many other problems.
Physical effort is very important for our sleep. According to doctors, the right time to start sleeping is from dusk onwards because melatonin hormone starts releasing after dusk, and from 10 pm to 2 am, the level of melatonin hormone is the highest. The sleep during this time is extremely important for us because it performs magical work in our body, brain, and skin.

And if our sleep is not right, all these things can be ruined, and nothing will work for us. If we sleep between 9/10 at night, we can sleep for 7/8 hours, then fatigue of the whole day will go away, and our body will be refreshed again when we wake up. We will be able to work productively all day long and go to sleep early at night for the next day.
Research has shown that it is advisable to do these activities early in the night for early sleep:
* Make a habit of seeing the sunrise.
* Regularly exercise every day. As exercising is very important, if you exercise 1 to 2 hours before sleeping, then instead of getting sleep, you will get tired. Because when we exercise, some chemicals called endorphins are released in our body, which makes our brain active and alert, and our sleep gets disturbed.
You should exercise at least 3 hours before sleeping. It’s best if you exercise in the morning.
* If you have the habit of sleeping during the day, then stop it. If you feel very tired, you can take a power nap after eating, but it should not be more than 40 to 1 hour.
* You can take a warm bath before sleeping. This will relax your muscles and help you sleep.
* Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
* Keep away from using mobile phones, computers, etc., before sleeping. If you use a mobile phone or computer during sleep time, our sleep problems will increase, as a kind of blue light comes from the screen of TV, computer, mobile phone, which causes damage to the melatonin hormone in our body, which is responsible for controlling the biological clock in our body, that is when we will go to sleep, when we will wake up, all these things are controlled by it. So at least half an hour before sleeping, you should not use a computer, mobile phone, and keep your phone away during sleeping time, keep it somewhere far, where you have to get up to take the phone, and control the desire to see your phone every now and then.
* Meditation is an effective way to reduce stress and solve sleep problems. So if you want, you can meditate before sleeping.
* After drinking tea or coffee, caffeine has an effect on the body for a long time. Which does not let us sleep, and even if we sleep, it does not let us sleep deeply. So do not drink tea or coffee 6 hours before sleeping or after noon.
* You can drink warm milk a few moments before sleeping. It has been seen in research that drinking milk before sleeping is good and it helps you sleep for a long time.
* Before sleeping, you can read books, write in a diary. Listen to something soothing, such as religious texts, poetry recitation, songs, which you like and find relaxing, is effective.
* Many people, if sleep does not come, keep looking at the clock repeatedly and get upset, which causes severe damage to sleep. So it should be stopped. If necessary, you can keep the clock upside down.
* Make sure your bed is comfortable and the room is dark and quiet, it will make your sleep deeper.
